Ask yourself, when was the last time you felt truly great – on all levels?
If you’re a parent, you love your children but maybe the last time you felt absolutely amazing was pre-kids. Maybe it was when you had time to go to the gym regularly, get 8 hours of sleep, and you felt like you ate mostly all the “right” things. Was that when you had time for bubble baths and sleeping in on the weekends?
Maybe the last time you felt incredible was when you didn’t have obligations to care for others? Maybe it was when you weren’t working at such a demanding job? Or maybe it was before you had physical conditions that might be nagging you a lot these days? I know it’s hard to imagine but it is possible to feel this good again!
