Or maybe it was before you had physical conditions that might be nagging you a lot these days? I know it’s hard to imagine but it is possible to feel this good again!

HOW LONG ARE YOUR PROGRAMS?

Group programs vary depending on what I am offering at the time. Every one-on-one coaching program is customized to what you need. We will have a one-hour consultation call and that’s when I will give you my recommendations. Typically, I work with clients between 3 and 6 months. It just depends. We’ll make sure to give you the right amount of time to get you to your health goals.

WHAT IF I JUST WANT ONE SESSION?

Sorry, but the truth is that we won’t really be able to scratch more than just the surface in one session. Are you looking to make lifelong lasting changes? I know you are or you wouldn’t be reading this. This isn’t as simple as just giving you a list of foods to eat. We want this to be your last stop. You want to understand why you have tried diets and failed. You will benefit from education on why you crave certain foods and practice using the tools to stop overindulging or exceeding your personal boundaries with food. This is a process and is as much about your mind as your body. When we have the initial consultation, I will recommend options to you and you can pick what will get you to your goals. Unfortunately, life long habits aren’t unraveled in one session.

AM I BETTER FIT FOR GROUP OR ONE ON ONE COACHING?

This is a matter of personal preference. Do groups energize you? Are you more motivated when others are on the same journey with you? Are you more likely to stick to your goals when other people are doing it too? Or do you like personalized one-on-one attention? Enjoy a more intimate dialogue? Both types of coaching are energizing and fun but you get to choose what is right for you. Either way, we will get you on the road to success!
