One-on-One Coaching

Whether it’s flat abs, a perky rear, and killer jeans you desire or more energy, happy relationships, and to shed a few pounds we will get you there. Some of you may just want to get your kids to eat healthy food!

Whatever your goals are, I am trained to help you get your world back into balance. I help you make sure every meal is delicious fuel to create and maintain the life you desire. Our focus is on your nutrition, however, often it’s not really chips or candy that you’re craving? I know that sounds like crazy talk, but sometimes we eat because something else is missing in other areas of our lives. In this case we will talk about whole life balance.

We will start by discussing your goals. I will customize a program to help you achieve them. Since each person is unique in his or her needs – there’s not one program for everyone. After our initial conversation, we go through a series of assessments and I select the modules of education I think are appropriate for your unique needs. Everything is completely confidential and designed so you feel you have a coach that is pushing and cheering for you along the way.

1- Month Program

  • 1 hour initial consultation appointment.
  • 2 additional hours of one on one coaching over 1 month.
  • Food journal review and recommendations to help you achieve your goals.
  • Includes nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.

3-Month Program

  • 1 hour initial consultation appointment.
  • Each program is customized to the individual. We take an in-depth look at your goals and set up a program for your unique needs.
  • 6 additional hours of one on one coaching over 3 months.
  • Training materials to educate you on how to make better choices.
  • Flexible (weekly or bi-weekly) calls to talk about the educational material, your successes and challenges, and dietary recommendations. We will set weekly goals to keep you on track.
  • Food journal review and recommendations to help you achieve your goals.
  • Includes both nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

6-Month Program

  • 1 hour initial consultation appointment.
  • Each program is customized to the individual. We take an in-depth look at your goals and set up a program for your unique needs.
  • 12 additional hours of one on one coaching over 6 months. Training materials to educate you on how to make better choices.
  • Flexible (weekly or bi-weekly) calls to talk about the educational material, your successes and challenges, and dietary recommendations. We will set weekly goals to keep you on track.
