We will make small changes that will last, since there is no point in starting something gigantic and convoluted, there is no sense in suffering, and we all know that a diet is something that you simply cannot continue forever. You can have a mental shift and be amazed about how balanced and sensible you feel about food, because I teach people that eating and living well are supposed to be fun.
